DMS Complete Parts & Service
DMS Complete is developed by Canadian Media Technologies to give dealerships a practical, end-to-end way to run the parts counter and the service drive together—not as disconnected tools.
From entering inventory with UPC, photos, and multi-tier pricing, through purchase orders and special orders, to customer vehicles, work orders, technician diagnosis, and invoicing, the Parts & Service module is designed around real shop workflows documented in our user manual (v2.0).
